  • a phone conversation to discuss ideas and clarify any needs or questions
  • a formal bid for the project taking into account square footage, project complexity, and surface preparation
  • a digital design for the planned mural (upon receipt of a 20% deposit)
  • a site visit to discuss the digital design and receive feedback
  • an estimated timeline for completion
